By accepting this Privacy Statement by clicking on the registration of the Buyer, or by logging on to the Website of the recipient of the FOM Product and Action Notice, the Buyer or the User confirms that they have read, understood and agree to the processing of personal information as this Statement establishes them.
When registering a person for the Buyer Website www.fom-glass.eu, FOM d.o.o. will ask the prospective Buyer to provide certain information about themselves (personal information) such as first name, e-mail address, username and password.
FOM d.o.o. will, upon signing up, request from the Buyer certain personal information such as name, e-mail address, username and password.

FOM collects and processes personal information of the Beneficiary of the Product and Actions for the purpose of sending notices, invitations to participate in prize competitions through emails, social networks or other communication channels to which you have previously applied, and any legal procedures related to the implementation of the contract.
We do not collect child information. If we believe that such information has been transmitted to us without the consent of the parents or guardian of children under the age of 16, we will remove it without delay. FOM stores the personal information of registered Customers of the FOM Website for a period of time for the purpose of the processing. FOM stores the personal information of registered Recipients of Product and Action Notices for a period while the purpose of the processing is being fulfilled, which is the period until the registration is active.
The Buyer and the User at any time have the opportunity to access their personal information upon registration on the site and access to "My Profile" where the Buyer can revise his personal information which he has shared with FOM. The Buyer and the User may request and receive from FOM complete information about the personal data stored, as well as correction thereof by sending an email to the e-mail address of the personal data protection officer: info@interfom.hr.
The Buyer and the User have the right at any time to request the deletion of personal data (right to be forgotten). The buyer can do this by requesting to the e-mail address of the personal data protection officer info@interfom.hr and the data will be deleted without delay. The user has the opportunity to submit a request for deletion in any notification he receives from FOM by e-mail, or he can send an e-mail to the e-mail address of the personal data protection officer info@interfom.hr stating that his personal data is deleted.
If, despite all the personal data protection measures taken, you believe you have grounds for objection, please contact the e-mail address of the personal data protection officer info@interfom.hr. Of course, you have the right to report to the supervisory authority of the Personal Data Protection Agency.
The collected data is in electronic form and protected by an SSL certificate that encrypts the data, thus ensuring that communication between the Buyer's computer and the Customer and the FOM is carried out by a secure protocol. The FOM takes data protection seriously and takes various precautions to protect personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be 100% secure. As a consequence, although FOM enforces reasonable data protection safeguards, it cannot guarantee the protection of any information transmitted to or from the www.fom-glass.eu website and is not responsible for the actions of any third party who receives such information. The FOM may decide to store personal data with providers within the EU only extraordinarily outside the EU. The continued use of the www.fom-glass.eu Website by Buyer and Customer after the changes take effect implies that Buyer and Customer acknowledge and accept the amended Privacy Statement.
